Since making that post I have managed to find the video and after watching it again confirm that Malakai is correct, The "Game" was explained to sub Chris by Dom or "cutter" Theo, including that a throw of 6 on the dice meant Chris could walk away intact, and a throw of 5 meant that everything would be cut off. Chris kept saying that he wanted it to be a 6, while Theo kept throwing the dice and claiming that it was not coming up with the number that he wanted (supposedly it kept coming up 6), eventually it supposedly came up 5, and 5 is what was acted upon. Not the sign of a genuine Game, but it does make the video more interesting!
